Our TRAINING programs are focused on developing the individual player both on and off the ice to allow them to reach their greatest potential. This includes position and skill development (Skating, Puck Handling, Passing, and Shooting)
An effective training program also includes HEALTH & FITNESS. Our off ice or "dry land" training includes a combination of strength, power and speed exercises, while emphasizing healthy habits. This translates to speed and quickness on the ice, with core strength to protect the player on the ice and avoid injuries.
Although our training programs are focused on the individual player, one player cannot make a team. Our training programs incorporate the importance of TEAMWORK good sportsmanship, decision making, effective positioning on the ice and video training.
